What Age Will You Have The Best Sex?

Asking people when the best age to have sex is will come back with many different answers. Those in their twenties think they are getting the best sex as they are young and eager, while those in their forties might believe that it is them having the best sex with years of experience behind them.

Then you get to those who are in their sixties and seventies, who believe that they are the ones having the best sex of their lives as they no longer worry about talking sex with their partner. They feel confident enough to ask for what they want in the bedroom… so just who has the best sex?

Sex gets better with age

For a long time, people have believed that sex gets better with age. Yes, in your twenties you might feel that you have age on your side and be much more eager to just do things to see how they feel, but most of the time you won’t be confident in your abilities in bed.

Instead of being a tiger in the bedroom, you come across as a timid kitten, and while you might think you’re having fantastic sex, that might not actually be the case as you don’t know any different.

For a while, people have said that the older you are, the better sex you have. That is why people enjoy spending time with sexy mature escorts. Not only are they gorgeous, but they know their own bodies and just what they want, making them the perfect companions.

As you get older, the little worries in the bedroom stop being as big of a deal to you. Instead of worrying about what your partner would say if you asked them for some tie and tease, you gain the confidence to simply ask for what you want. If they say no, it isn’t a big deal, because you can simply try other things instead.

When you are older, such as in your forties or fifties, you will have spent time experimenting and trying out new things in the bedroom in your youth. You’ll know what works for you and what doesn’t, meaning you are able to tell your partner exactly what you need to moan and groan.

Desires change

However, it seems that the belief you have better sex when you get older might actually be wrong, as a recent survey into the sex lives of women has discovered.

The study was commissioned by Healthspan, an online vitamin company, who were eager to find out exactly what changes women face throughout the years and how they could help them out.

The old theory of “life begins at 40” seemed to be wrong, as the women they surveyed in that age group admitted to “feeling anxious, unattractive and unaroused”. However, these symptoms are actually linked to the very first signs of menopause.

It seems that almost three quarters of the women that were surveyed said that these symptoms they were experiencing were having an effect on their relationship, and that they were having much less satisfying sex as a result.

They confessed to having very little energy and a dislike of their own bodies which, when combined with a disappearance of their sex drives, meant that they weren’t having sex as much as they wanted and, when they were, they weren’t enjoying it as much.

Confidence when younger

It seems that for years we have been thinking that you are at your most confident and sexy when you get older. There are plenty of hot and sexy MILFs out there, and the way they present themselves only reinforces that belief.

However, the study seems to be suggesting that the women interviewed believed they were at their “most sexually confident” in their twenties, as they were “full of energy, and oozing with body confidence”.

Yet there are studies out there that contradict this, such as the survey conducted by Good Housekeeping. They found that women over the age of forty had more time for themselves, as there were “fewer demands on their time from children” and that they have “more spontaneous” and “exciting” sex as a result.

So what is the truth? At what age will you find yourself having the best sex? With so many studies out there with conflicting information, it is hard to pin it down. So we need your help.

Tell us in the comment box below when you had the best sex of your life, or if you are still enjoying it now. You can also check out what others are saying on the Escort Norway forum and see if they agree with your theory. Does sex really get better with age, or is that just an old wives’ tale?
