Lack Of Sex Is Making You Fat!

Sex is a form of exercise, if you do the right positions and make it last as long as possible. It might not be a replacement for the gym, but it is still a fun way to keep off the weight.

However, it has recently been suggested that not having enough sex could be the reason for your weight gain… and it might not be because you aren’t working it off. So, can a lack of sex really make you fat?

“Absolutely connected”

The idea is something that we have heard many times before. Supposedly, if you are in a happy and healthy sexual relationship, you are more likely to be able to keep off those extra pounds. The regular sex and being comfortable with another person is enough to keep you in shape, apparently.

To be honest, a lot of my friends have reported putting on weight when they are in a relationship, even when they are having lots of sex. They say that they don’t feel the need to make the effort anymore and so can let it all go.

The author Jena La Flamme has suggested that sex and weight loss are “absolutely connected”, and that without a healthy sex life you are just going to pile on the pounds.

So, if you want to lose weight, you need to get between the sheets… but why?

“Fill the void”

Are you a fridge picker? Do you constantly get up to look in the fridge and see if there is any food available to you? If so, it could mean that you are sexually deprived.

“If you’re sexually deprived, your body is going to feel the lack,” La Flamme went on to say in her interview. She went on to say that your body “is going to look in other areas, and it’s so easy to repress that and to fill the void with foot.

It seems that your body will be replacing the desire for sex with the desire for food, if you cannot fulfil that need. In a way, I can understand that. We want the instant gratification that comes from sex and, if we cannot get it, a chocolate bar might be what we need to fill the void.

That said, is this true in all cases? It seems that a stale sex life, and not necessarily too little sex, could also have an impact.

Try new things

If you are reading this and thinking that you need to be more active in the bedroom to help get out of this rut, then you will want some advice on just how to change things.

Trying new things with sex is a great way to get out of your sexual rut.

It doesn’t have to be the most complicated of things either, so there’s no need to go and buy the Kamasutra just to spice things up.

Something as simple as having sex in a different room can make a difference. Why not ask your partner to join you in the bathroom so you can have shower sex? You could even start performing oral on them next time you are watching TV to see if they can concentrate well while receiving pleasure. Even an afternoon out together buying new sexy lingerie can help improve things.

Do you think there is a link between sex and weight, or is it all just a coincidence? Let us know by posting a comment in the box below, or by heading over to the Escort Norway forum to see what others are saying.
