Here at Escort Norway, we have always been great supporters of safe sex. We feel thaat whenever you engage in sexual activity, you should be using condoms. But have you ever thought of making clothes out of them? No, we haven’t either!
Well, that’s what Brazilian based artist Adriana Bertini is doing. At an international Aids conference in Melbourne recently, she launched her glitzy range of dresses made out of unused condoms.
A Good Message
This may sound absolutely ridiculous, but there really is a good cause behind the company she runs. Her ‘Condom Couture’ range has been spreading awareness of safe sex for a while now.
Her workshops help spread awareness of condoms by getting young people to use them in a creative environment.
Her designs have made it all the way to the catwalk, but it has to be said, they have certainly gained ‘mixed’ reactions on social media.
One social networker posted: “On the one hand, I appreciate the creativity… on the other hand, it’s hard to remove the “wet” look all condoms seem to have and it’s a bit gross in most of those pics.”
Another one put: “I see them and think they are gorgeous and then I remember that they are made of condoms… Eww!”
An Uncertain Future
I have to say, I am not sure if condom clothing is going to make it to the shopping centres of Norway. The Bergen escorts are some of the most beautiful women in the land, but I’m not even sure they can could pull this one off.
But hey, if it is raising awareness over sexual health and safe sex, then it can only be a good thing.
Keep up the good work Adriana. Just don’t expect to see me wearing any of your creations!
