Casual Sex Is Good For You!

A debate has raged on for years as to whether casual sex is a healthy thing or not. Well, it now appears that having casual sex is actually good for you!

A study from New York University, published earlier this month, dispels the belief that casual sex can leave participants with low self-esteem and self-worth if they have a sexual encounter with someone who isn’t a long-term partner.

An Interesting Study

Students at the U.S. University were asked to keep a weekly diary for 12 weeks and to write down how they felt after they had casual sex.

According to researchers: ‘When it came to those who were sociosexually unrestricted, having casual sex was associated with higher self-esteem and life satisfaction and lower depression and anxiety.’

‘Typically, sociosexually unrestricted individuals reported lower distress and higher thriving following casual sex, suggesting that high sociosexuality may both buffer against any potentially harmful consequences of casual sex and allow access to its potential benefits.’

‘Sociosexuality’, before anyone asks, is a term which basically means that they did not have a problem with having sex outside of a relationship.

Women Love It As Well!

To be fair, this isn’t a much of a surprise to me. As a red blooded male; if I ever met an Oslo escort, or pulled a girl in a nightclub then I felt top of the world. Still, the consensus has always been that this is a male feeling, and women handle it differently.

Well, possibly surprisingly, this survey actually shows that there is no difference in men and women. We all love causal sex!

So there is the encouragement (if you actually needed any) to go and visit the Oslo escorts. They really are good for your health.
