Can Sex With Condoms Ever Feel Better Than Sex Without?

Pretty much every person I have ever spoken to about condoms has said how having sex using them isn’t as good as going bareback. They use them purely to stop themselves from catching anything and from getting anyone pregnant, and not because they enjoy the feeling of their cock in a latex cage.
Safe Sex

We all know that having sex without condoms is a bad move. You don’t want to catch anything, which is a risk if you go without, and while it might feel great at the time, bareback doesn’t end well in the long run.

Will condoms ever feel better than sex without, or is it just a dream that will never come true?

Sex without condoms

It happens – you get caught up in the moment and you’ve gone in unprotected… but it feels great and so you don’t want to stop. When that happens, sometimes you just don’t and decide to carry on with it.

The problem is that neither you nor your partner is protected. For a start, you can easily catch STIs and STDs by not using a condom, and if no other birth control is being used it can also lead to pregnancy.

Having itchy balls and taking tablets for a few weeks while not being allowed to have sex during that time sucks. It is definitely not what you wanted from your sexy night of passionate fucking!

Using condoms

Using condoms can actually be great for you in the bedroom. Sure, they might not feel that good, but they can really make the difference between a good night and a great night.

They protect from sexually transmitted infections and diseases, which stops what could have been a fantastic night ending with a trip to the doctor a few weeks later.

However, if you have problems keeping it all in when you’re fucking your girl, condoms are a great way to help. They minimalize the sensations you’re feeling, meaning blowing your load too soon becomes a thing of the past.

Lasting that little bit longer in bed also means that you can satisfy your partner in bed, and with so many different varieties of condom designed to bring the woman pleasure, what’s not to like?

Changing the world of safe sex

That doesn’t solve the main problem that people have with condoms. Some just hate having sex with them, as they don’t enjoy how they feel on their cock. If you can feel the condom on you, it can really be a turn off.

However, it seems that some scientists are working on developing a new condom that acts as a second skin, and so not only are you still protected, but it might actually feel like you aren’t wearing on at all. Where can you sign up? Read on the find out.

At the University of Wollongong in Australia, some scientists have gotten together to try to create a brand new condom, and they tell us a little more about it in this video.

Better than sex without?

From the video you can see just how well it fits against the material it is pressed against. It is being created to replace latex, which a great deal of people have an allergy to, while still trying to ensure you feel pleasure. The material is hydrogel, which has been used before in many operations to create things like blood vessels, prosthetics, and even eye implants. Clearly, it would be the perfect material to make condoms from.

Robert Gorkin said that the “original idea was just to try to prove that an original material could replace latex. We were starting from scratch, we had an idea that these new materials would have the same properties as rubber with a nicer feel, but we weren’t sure if they had the right properties for a condom.”

There is some more good news from Gorkin: “the early indications are that the materials are strong enough and actually do prevent against the transfer of small biological molecules.”

Looks like we might soon never have to listen to the excuses people come out with for not using condoms!

Funding

The project is being funded with the help of a $100,000 donation, which has come from the Bill Gates foundation.

Clearly, the project is going really well. They are currently in the final stages of development of the material, and once that is done they can market the product to the world.

The team seems to be a little worried that it might not work out for them, but honestly, if you knew you could get a condom that not only works, but feels as good as (if not better) than having sex without, would you not swoop to the shops to get hold of it?

I know I would! I be there immediately, packing as many as I could into a basket to buy. What about you? Do you really think it is possible, or is it just a dream that might never come true?
